Here at LEC there are three unique rooms that you can choose from. The Banquet room is perfect for a large family reunion or a beautiful wedding reception. The West room is great for baby showers or small training seminars. The base fee for your rental includes your choice of round or rectangle tables and chairs set up how you choose. The food prep kitchen and other necessities are available to help your event run smoothly.
**NOTE Your hours needed for rental must include the time it will take you to decorate and tear down your event**
The Banquet room is a spacious room with 3,200 square feet to work with. It can fit approximately 300 people and has a neutral color scheme to match a variety of decor.
The West room has 1,200 square feet of space and has a capacity for about 100 people. This room also features a neutral color scheme.
Our conference room is 20' x 12'6" and features a conference table with power outlets that can be adjusted to 12 or eight feet.
The kitchen has multiple features to make food preparation easier. We have stocked it with a commercial refrigerator, small freezer, two microwaves, and an ice machine.
